The online LTC course will review this. So what is the process of LTC? First, take a LTC classroom (available online HERE) and proficiency (schedule with me) or in person class . Second, apply on the DPS site and pay the application fee. Third, upload your supporting documentation. Fourth, complete fingerprinting.
